摘要 自噬是细胞对自身结构进行蛋白降解的一种方式。为从分子水平揭示细胞内部自噬调控机理,需研究该过程的各个环节。新近的研究,特别是近几年自噬基因的发现证实,蛋白磷酸化参与的自噬调控;自噬体膜的形成;微管系统传输自噬体以及自噬与凋亡的内在联系,都有分子水平的依据,这给更深入地研究自噬分子机理提供了重要的信息。
