摘 要：99Tcm标记的异腈类配合物是目前国内外应用最广泛的心肌灌注显像剂,在肿瘤的诊断方面也有重要应用.本文简要介绍了异腈配体 合成及标记化合物的制备方法,并对99Tcm标记异腈类配合物的发展、分类及应用进展作了归纳总结.
