　　摘要 目的：通过对本组63例软组织恶性纤维组织细胞瘤治疗分析，探讨软组织恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的治疗方法。方法：21例单纯手术治疗，9例手术+放疗，18例手术+放疗+化疗，15例手术+化疗，其中术前化疗19例。结果：63例术后3年生存率为68.3%（43例），5年生存率为41.3%（26例），2年内复发率为20.6%（13例），2年内转移率为30.2%（19例）。外院术后病例3、5年生存率分别是48.1%和33.3%；我院首诊病例的3、5年生存率分别是83.3%和47.2%。我院首诊病例复发率和转移率分别为11.1%和22.2%；外院术后病例复发率和转移率分别为33.3%和40.7%。结论：软组织恶性纤维组织细胞瘤应以手术为主，术后补充放、化疗的综合治疗对于减少复发，提高生存期有着积极的意义。辽宁省肿瘤医院(中国医科大学肿瘤医院)骨软组织肿瘤科郑珂

　　Abstract  objective: in this study, we analyzed the treatment of 63 cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma in soft tissue, attempt to achieve the ideal treatment method towards malignant fibrous histiocytoma in soft tissue. Method: 21 cases underwent surgery only, 9 cases with surgery and radiation therapy, 18 cases with surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy, 15 cases with surgery and chemotherapy, 19 cases underwent chemotherapy preoperatively. Result: in these 63 patients, the three year survival rate is 68.3% (43 cases), five year survival rate is 41.3% (26 cases), relapse rate within two years is 20.6% (13 cases), metastatic rate within two years is 30.2% (19 cases). From report from other hospital, post-operational three-year and five-year survival rates are 48.1% and 33.3%, respectively;Three-year and five-year survival rates in patients who accepted first treatment in our hospital are 83.3% and 47.2%,respectively. Relapse rate and metastatic rate in patients who accepted first treatment in our hospital are 11.1% and 22.2%, respectively. Relapse rate and metastatic rate in post-operational  patients Conclusion: The primary treatment for malignant fibrous histiocytoma in soft tissue should be surgery, followed by post-operational comprehensive radiation therapy and chemotherapy to induce relapse and improve survival rate.
