摘要 目的：通过对本组11例髋臼周围恶性肿瘤外科治疗分析，探讨髋臼周围恶性肿瘤的治疗方法。方法：2005年3月～2008年6月髋臼恶性肿瘤手术治疗的11病例，软骨肉瘤4例、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤2例、转移瘤2例、巨细胞瘤2例、骨肉瘤1例。5例手术刮出病变、球磨钻打磨，无水酒精灭活、植入复合骨；2例半骨盆截肢; 2例旷置术；2例人工假体置换术。结果：11例随访8～33个月，2例刮出植骨病例局部复发，其余病例术后恢复良好，功能满意。结论：刮出植骨局部复发率较高，恢复时间长；股骨头旷置肢体短缩，跛行明显；人工假体置换可最大限度地保留肢体功能；半骨盆截肢可缓解症状改善生活质量。根据患者的病情、状态、意愿、经济条件对患者进行综合评定，选择合理术式至关重要。辽宁省肿瘤医院(中国医科大学肿瘤医院)骨软组织肿瘤科郑珂

     Surgical treatment for peri-acetabular malignancy tumor

【Abstract】   Objective  To investigate the surgical treatment of 11 patients with peri-acetabular malignancy tumor. Methods Clinical data of 11 patients with peri-acetabular malignancy tumor treated from March 2005 to June 2008 which including four cases of chondrosarcoma, two of MFH, two of metastatic tumors of bone, two of GCTB, one of osteosarcoma. Five cases were treated by curettage of lesion and bone graft, two cases by hemipelvectomy, two cases by put aside therapy , two cases by replacement.  Results  11 cases were followed up for 8 to 33months, tow patients by curettage of lesion and bone graft were reduplicated.  Conclusions  The recurrent rate of cases treated by curettage of lesion and bone graft was too high and patients can walk later. The function of cases by put aside therapy was disturbance. The function of cases by replacement was excellent. The treatment of hemipelvectomy can improve the quality of life. It is of sovereign importance to overall evaluation the patient\"s condition, aspiration and financial condition to choose a reasonable surgical operation.
